Scavenger Hunt Sunday
On my daily blog stroll today I stumbled upon Monica Want’s It’s Scavenger Hunt Sunday and while I don’t have a fancy DSLR camera my little Olympus does a pretty good job. I love pictures So I was all over this and just had to do my own. Now I didn’t actually have time to go out and shoot new pictures but these are all recent ones I have taken for the most part. Enjoy
This week’s list consisted of:
- Windows/Doors
- Eyelashes
- Paint
- Leaf Veins
- Faceless Portrait
1. Windows/ Doors
This is a picture I took down in Savannah, Georgia of one of the oldest Catholic churches in America. Admittedly I do not remember the name of this church but it was just as amazing inside as it was out.
2. Eyelashes
This was taken a couple weeks ago while on the river front in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is my Daughter Taylor who has recently discovered a love for photography. She has an artist soul even at the young age of 10 and produces some amazing things.
3. Paint
This is part of a page out of my Art Journal. I love art journaling although I don’t do it often these days. It can be so therapeutic, there is no right or wrong and you can choose if you want to share it or not.
4. Leaf Veins
This was also taken down in Wilmington at the aquarium. Originally the plant was green, but I had fun with some photo editing.
5. Faceless Portrait
This is a picture of my Daughter in the center and 2 of my cousin’s on the pier at Carolina Beach. It’s such a treat to be able to experience a day through the eyes of a child.
Feel free to do your own scavenger hunt and leave me a link so I can check it out!
Peace, Love and Happy Blogging
