No makeup, no frills, just sweat

 

Ok Im going to keep this short and sweet but do you see that picture up there, yep that picture of me. Well that picture is the face of a girl who just did 2 miles in 24 minuets! That’s right folks I did two, 12 minuet miles! I am so proud of myself I could shout it from the roof tops. Is this the fastest time, well no, but I frekin rocked those 2 miles! Just a year ago I couldn’t even do a mile much less a twelve minuet mile. Now this was on the elliptical, but even so I usually still do only about a 15 minuet mile.

 

This just goes to show you it can be done! Today I feel progress, today I feel strong!
